Rosemarie is 67, and her husband is 74. Married for 40 years, he suddenly began imagining that she is cheating on him. Now, when they are in the car together, he swears the driver next to them gave her a message; the bus driver flashed his lights to signal her and guys are always looking. He refuses to get help, because he doesn't think he has a problem. She can't keep living like this, but she feels so sorry for him. Do you know what's wrong with her husband?

Russell's father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia years ago. Yet, two months before he passed away he signed an absurd will that made no sense. He wants to know if he can argue the 'of sound mind' clause in the will to get it reversed. Is it hard to get a will overturned?

My 78 year old mom is taking care of my 78 year old dad, who has Alzheimer's. Besides the usual symptoms, he flies into rages, usually aimed at mom. Is he doing this for attention?

For about six months out of the year she is stable enough to live on her own, but still not able to leave the house without someone with her.

Typically, the sudden onset of a condition like this after a loss is depression and should be treated as such.
